Found it interesting
Rude staff , forgotten about, put in unclean room with other patients medical details inc name address dob and nhs number and diagnosis left on side for anyone to see , waiting for ages no help or advice given just totally diabolical really , came in as chemo patient room was far from sterile and blocked drains left a horrific gagging scent lingering in the air so much so u couldn’t breath and no spoons or cups to even make a drink for the 8 hours sat there
I got seen to quickly and all the staff I saw were very friendly
5 hour visit, left still in pain with no answers, no medication
Todd helped me after an ankle injury and surgery. He explained the injury and surgery better than any of the doctors had.
He was very kind and understanding of my autism. He was interested in the sports I do and was very positive about getting me back to doing what I love - golf and tennis.
Doing the exercises at home can be boring but Todd was really clear about what to do and how much they would help.
I really enjoyed seeing Todd and felt well cared for.
I am back doing all my sports.
Todd was very understanding about the needs of Edward who is autistic. He took time to get to know him and had realistic expectations of what he could do whilst also giving him confidence and pushing him to achieve to the best of his abilities.
Edward has responded really well to Todd and enjoyed the sessions. We both have a better understanding of Edward’s general fitness and of the impact of his injury.
Edward is now back to the level of movement he had before his injury and is more flexible than he ever was.
Went to see my GP at my doctors who sent me to A&E from there due to me more than likely requiring a scan. When I arrived at A&E the nurse I saw was questioning why I had even gone to A&E.
I was just given co-cosmol. I could have got these from the doctor. I am in immense pain still and cannot get out of bed. I am worse than I was yesterday. The sitting in A&E has made it worse. I could have just been given these by my GP
Possibly the best NhS appointment I have ever had. David was outstanding, very helpful positive and gave me lots to work on
I was in and out in about 2.30 hours
All the staff were very nice and very
Professional. Everything was explained
To me properly
Easy to talk to and understand.
Really put my mind at rest and I feel hopeful for the future.
